Have you registered but can't make it to the event? We'll ask you to let us know at least 10 days before the event, i.e. by June 5, by e-mail to the following address:yuan.chai@wagralim.be

To avoid wastage, we will ask you to pay 50 euros as a no-show if we are not notified in advance.
